The panels are fire resistant, termite resistant, and does not warp, twist or rotas wood can. These houses are erected in a fraction of the time in comparison to standard construction. This client has contracts for 2 houses in New Mexico and 1 in Phoenix. It also has been given the opportunity to put up a model home in a development of 16 lots of about 1 acre each. The parcel owner will give a discount to any purchaser who puts up a low-energy home. Our client is currently in an outmoded facility and needs to build a new plant. There are several options of investment with a maximum of $1,300,000.
